puddles, birthdays and family fun :)

Chris was in Mexico last week and sent us those pictures- they were working on the new site and so they provided him with docker's boots and a helmet.  Adrien loved these pictures.  he asked me if he could take a plane  to go help his daddy :) 

 we had a few rainy days last week and enjoyed jumping in the puddles

 on Sunday we got Chris back :) YAY ! and enjoyed a nice walk and frozen yogurt at yummilicious

 Last week we had fun with our friends, Adrien enjoyed a carousel ride with his buddies Jake and Brady at the mall

 we enjoyed seeing all our good buddies and celebrate Libby's 2nd birthday.  we also got to visit their gorgeous new home.  Adrien had a blast and loved it !

 Adrien even got to stay a little longer with his firends.  Marissa was sweet to drop him back home since I had to leave earlier due to stella's early bedtime.  It all worked out so well and Adrien was very proud to tell us all the exciting things that happened at the birthday.

 Stella loves playing with this toy.  she just figured how to put all the rings back in order last week and I  enjoy watching her do it.  she opens her mouth every time she puts a new ring and looks pleased with herself afterwards.  I tried to take a picture of each step for you :)

 She still uses her walker and just loves it !

 My big boy started school this morning.  He had picked his clothes in advance last week already in anticipation for today :)

 This is the same classroom (multi level classroom) as last year with the same wonderful teachers Ms Dawn and Ms Leboni, so he was quite comfortable and happy to be back.

 He got to ring the bell and told everyone to put their work away to go outside.

and Stella enjoyed her day playing with her pal Kathryn - they both played so well together all day - on our way to pick up Adrien from school,   they were both cooing at each other and smiling in the car :) I wish I could have taken a pic or a video , it was adorable!  I'm sure these two will become great friends just like their brothers Carter and Adrien have become (here is a photo of them playing at their first playdate Adrien was 15 months and Carter 19 months )

 I met up with a college roommate in a chick file in grapevine last week and for the first time Stella played in the playarea.

 We enjoyed fun walks with duff- Stella loves seeing Adrien riding his bike she gets so excited :)

 These two are having so much fun together, tickling, chasing one another ...my heart melts seeing them play together so well !

 I took the kids to the mall on saturday morning so Christophe could work alone on the bamboo wall, Stella enjoyed playing with her brother and the other children

 My poor baby got a big bruise he ran into a table in a store but all was better with a little frozen yogurt :)

 The bamboo wall  & finished tile floor :) Chris did an amazing job !! He enjoys doing it but it takes a lot of hard work on top of his long week at work.  I admire his dedication, skills and hard work !  Thank you cheri !!!! You make our house a beautiful home :)

 We also purchased a new buffet and table for the room

 Chris and I got to go out for sushi on saturday night.  Stella woke up and needed to nurse .    The babysitter called me right when we arrived to the restaurant.  I had to go home to nurse her and then came back.  So we ate later but had a wonderful and relaxing time and our sweet baby girl was sound asleep and happy :) so it was well worth it!  I love that we can go out and only be 10 minutes from the house.  We left Adrien with a babysitter for the first time  when he was 18 months... such a big difference this time around.  

 Adrien loves to run.  Every day he runs around the yard and pool, plays fetch with Duff and has so much fun !  He likes chasing Stella and I too :)
