Adrien's Wild Kratts birthday party

 My little Wild Kratts Fan :)

 Adrien asked me to have a wild Kratts  party in August.  Wild Kratts os a cute show on PBS about two brothers who go on wild adventure and learn about animals.  There is not much retail wise for birthday parties so we had fun making everything.  We researched online and found a few really neat blogs that gave us plenty of ideas on how to make the power suits, power discs, & cute ideas on games.  So we set our plan and I worked on it the last two weeks to make it happen.  It was lots of fun to have Adrien's input and he was very excited about his party this year !

I could not find cute wild gift bags for the favors so I bought zebra masking tape , brown paper bags, a black ruban, and made little tags on the computer ...VOILA :)

 We got to play a few games together with the kids, learning about cheetahs and a few fun facts before we play tag and run like cheetahs

Adrien and Stella slept very well that night, actually I think we all did :) It was a wonderful day and we will cherish the fun memories !! We are grateful for all the sweet friends that shared our joy and love for our precious big boy :)  

November already !

I can not believe we are already in November, here are a few pictures from the last few days really quick :) 

 hot chocolate anyone ? I was taking a cup of coffee along to the park so Adrien asked for hot chocolate.  He looks so big to me in this picture :)

Thank you very much Lara & Bertrand for Adrien's new bike and helmet- He loves them and is super proud to have a police bike with a siren :) He is ready to patrol the community ! Thank you !!!!!

fall activities

 YAY it is FALL :)

 We went to a few pumpkin patch with our buddies this month

 Stella loves pumpkins she likes to hold them and organize them in lines :)

 Story time

 We have to fix our chimney, a family of birds made a nest on it and damaged it

 Stella and Adrien love playing together and I LOVE listening to their laughter , they usually play while I prepare dinner every afternoon

 We had our first garage sale in Texas and sold a lot of things !  Adrien had his first lemonade/madeleine stand and was quite the little business man.  He would greet people as they arrived, show them a few things that we were selling, and then would ask if they cared for a drink or snack.  He made about $6 that day and was so proud of himself - Well done Buddy !

 We then spent time at his school fall festival where Adrien got to play with his friends

 Adrien and I decided to start a little "BOO" game in our neighborhood, we wrote a little note , filled up a bucket with cookies and little treats and Adrien droped it off on one of our neighbor's front door.  He ran super fast not to get caught, we were running and laughing.  It was such a fun experience.  In the note we asked that people pass the bucket on , and we 've enjoyed going around our neighborhood and checking where the buckets is.  It is fun to see it on everyone's door and imagine what kind of treats they got.  We hope we can continue this game each fall.

 We visited our sweet friends Claire, Aubrey and Lisa in Flower Mound where they have the biggest pumpkin patch :)

 Stella goes to bed too early to go trick or treat so I hired our babysitter to come at 7pm, but we got to take a few pictures before her bedtime.  We had like every year Carter, Jake and Brady come over to trick or treat with us around our neighborhood.  It's become a fun tradition and we look forward to it each year. (Duff had to crash the picture  :) )
