Adrien's first day back to school !

Can't believe the summer flew by SO FAST ! My sweet little man is already starting school again.  He's in preprimary this year at Montessori and will be with 4-5-6 years old which will be fun so he can learn from his peers.  He will go to school Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the whole day between 8:30-3:30pm.

I just dropped him off and was so proud of my big boy.  He was excited to go to school again.  We walked around the classroom and checked out all the animals a hamster, fishes, lizard and one more animal that was hiding so we could not tell what it was ;).  Adrien was all excited- he loves animals and told me:"maman, they're my new friends" :)

Then he chose a "work" and sat on the table.  I said goodbye and took one last picture :)

I sure am going to miss my little sunshine! When I came home, Duff started looking everywhere around the house for Adrien.  We both have to get used to the new routine.  I am happy he's in a good school where he feels secure, happy, cared for, and gets excited about learning !  
Now I have a little time to get organized and make sure everything is clean, ready and set for our sweet Stella.

 Christophe worked hard laying down hardwood floors, painting, and building the closet :) and he did a beautiful job ! Adrien is very proud of his closet and when he gets dressed he checks himself out in the mirror that's on the door and says:"looking good" with a big smile, it's the cutest thing!

 That same night we had to go out and celebrate at the Hibachi place in Mansfield & had a wonderful time:)

 Christophe also put up a fan on the patio in front of the pool - it makes a big difference  !  thank you so much !  We 're trying to find every way possible to beat the heat ;)

 so we still wait for the shade each afternoon and starting at 2:30-3pm we can enjoy the pool & play before dinner time-  We love having our friends over ! Keep coming guys :)

 We've had visitors at night- armadillos decided to come over and turn the sod that Christophe took so much time to lay down at the beginning of the summer.  My dad recommended us to buy a cage and trap it, then release it in the woods like his father used to do.  We had called the wildlife control to get them, but then our friend Zane gave us few tips and convinced Christophe to try it.  Thanks for all the help !  Unfortunately we seem to have a whole clan, we caught two and released them in the woods (ok "we" means Christophe did ;) ) and we still have another one right now that came back- we will keep you posted on our new little friends !

 Duff was comfortably asleep on his mat in our bedroom while all this tracking was going on :)

 This is not the best or most flattering picture but my sisters and mom have asked to see the belly bump now that is getting bigger so here it is :) Stella is growing !  33 weeks now ! YAY :)

 I love to bargain shop for decorations and bought the first picture for Stella's room for ..... $4.99 :) can you believe it !  I was so excited !  The green and pink match perfectly the colors of the new baby's room.

 Christophe got to lay down and relax for a change this weekend !  Poor him between work and his honey do lists on the weekends he's always non stop- We are all so very lucky to have such a sweet and hardworking Cricri :) I really appreciate EVERYTHING he does for us all and I am so proud of him !  Merci beaucoup mon ange !

 Adrien is quite fond of his papa cheri - we met him at Potbelly for lunch this week and he was so proud to be with Christophe.  They're inseparable!
