few pics from last week

Last week was a long week.  My two babies were sick. 

I set up Adrien outside one afternoon so he could enjoy listening to the birds and seeing the new leaves growing on the trees

 a few minutes after this shot, poor stella got her finger slammed in the front door :(
she ended up with a bruise and we found out later a small fracture on the tip of the finger.
She healed quickly luckily !!

Luckily music always makes the kids happy.  We like to all dance together

 on saturday morning Christophe came back from Brasil :) YAY !

 Adrien likes to play hide and seek in the house .. BOO !

 Stella got a few new outfits .  She picked her jacket herself in the store and loves it.  I followed her in the house and caught her smiling to her reflection in the mirror.  Quelle petite coquette :)

 Christophe came back with gifts for the kids : legos for Adrien and a shopping cart
for Stella .  (you can see her splint does not keep her from playing:) she actually kept taking it off)

 We had to go to the doctor again today, Stella and Adrien were very patient.

 Adrien had 3 immunization shots , so I took him to cold stone afterwards and
Christophe was able to meet us up & it made everyone's day :)

a few pics from our weekend

 We have another helper now : Stella is getting ready to get the weeds out ;)

 Stella started asking Adrien for hugs.  she goes to him and opens her arms really wide.  He is so happy and proud to hold her in his arms.  We had to take a pic to share with everyone :)

 ... and good around too :)  btw Stella had tiny piggy tails in that picture (they stayed on for about 5 min so i did not get a chance to get a better shot :))

 Christophe and I were busy staining the fence this weekend, here is the work in progress.  So we took the kids out to an early dinner on Saturday night  to spend quality time with them :) and make it a fun night.

 

 and of course we had to stop by yummilicious for frozen yogurt

 unfortunately our sweet Stella Bella got sick and woke up with a high fever on sunday morning.  I came back from the groceries and found her asleep in her dad's arms.  Christophe was leaving that afternoon so he enjoyed quite a few cuddles with her that morning.

 Stella tried Adrien's old strider bike and loved it.  She was very proud.
