Earn That Body!



 On the top left I was not feeling myself and so heavy... Stella was four months old and I was ready to get fit again (check out that sad face !  :) ).  The next photo was taken 8 weeks later, after my first session of Earn That Body, 16 lbs lighter, I was starting to feel better and motivated to continue on my journey... and the last picture (below) was taken another 8 weeks after in  mid June,  I lost an additional 13 lbs.

I lost a total of 29 lbs during the last 16 weeks, gained strength (I can now do 25 real pushups !!! when I started I could only do 1 :) ), lost 5 inches off my thighs and my waist, 8 inches off my hips, can run 5 miles for fun ... but most importantly gained my self esteem and confidence! I feel strong and fit and all my pre baby clothes now fit loose :)

I am so happy Christophe and I both decided to do Earn that Body together.  We learned so much and have transformed our routines.  We now both exercise at least 5 times a week, eat clean (97% of the time :)) , we just have so much more energy for our two beautiful kids, and are simply just so much happier !!

If anyone is looking to change their bodies, I fully recommend Earn That Body (check out earnthatbody.com).  Coach Kim Strassman is just amazing !  she is supportive, encouraging and will push you beyond your limit !  I loved being able to do my workouts whenever I wanted during the day and getting feedback daily on my nutrition log.  This program is life changing and definitely impacted us all!  Thank you ETB!
