WE're back . . . on the blog :)

So the quality is not good but here is the first look at the new member of our family - "My baby" as Adrien calls him/her :)

Which explains why I haven't updated any posts the last month... I had really strong nausea that would last pretty much all day and so the last month I was just on auto pilot, but I"M BACK :) I'm 13 weeks this week and feeling so much better (minus my sinus infection ) .   

Here's what we've been up to more or less this past month: 

Adrien has been to the doctor and is already a really proud big brother.  He says he also has a baby in his belly, he asks every day how the baby is, kisses my belly, today he was doing a little drill the moms do to their babies at Stroller Strides "popcorn, popcorn, butter you up " - it was so cute to see him jump, and then come with a big smile and tickle my belly !  So sweet !  He's really embracing his new role so well !  We could feel any happier!

 Duff and Adrien are best friends.  At the beginning of March Adrien was sick with a severe ear infection, and Duff always kept to his side, licking him and snuggling with him :)

 We've been enjoying the beautiful weather !  We met some of our good friends the Crisseys at a park one Sunday afternoon and had the best time flying kites.  They taught us how to fly their special trick Kite - it was AWESOME !

 Adrien and I  had fun at some of our friends' birthday parties :) We're so lucky to have so many awesome friends !

 

 I love seeing how fast the kids in my Stroller Strides classes grow.  Here are Addie and Lilly interacting :)  I met both of them when  they were about 8 weeks old .  I feel fortunate to be part of such an amazing group of moms and their cute babies !  Adrien was able to come to class again during Spring break and he was so happy !

 Adrien got a few new hats for spring /summer :)  Kelly - you like this one- Adrien calls it his golf hat ;)

Adrien LOVES checking the mail every day.   His favorite thing is receiving a package !

 Thank you Papy & Mamie for sending such wonderful books !  I treasure them !!!

 Adrien asked to take a picture of me, and I was surprised at how it turned out - I need to upload a few pictures form his camera, we've been going on nature walks and he takes pictures of the flowers and plants that are blooming and growing.  Christophe and I are enjoying Adrien's focus and patience.  We've been gardening a lot the past weekends and Adrien is happy "helping" us.  He uses his tools to take the weeds out, and gets really into it !  It's cute to see Chris and his mini me work together.  I will take a picture this weekend and post it !

Adrien was a train conductor in November/December - then in January he was into the Fireman costume...and now beware citizens, we have a new cop in town :  Adrien :) He's pretty laid back though just keeps handing out tickets and smiles ;)


We got to attend Gus 's baptism last weekend and enjoyed the ceremony and celebrating this wonderful day with our Friends !! Such special moments in life we get to share together !
