With all my best intentions to update the blog every week, I got behind again :) oops ... Sorry! Here's what we've been up to the last few weeks. April just flew by and we were busy having fun family bonding and enjoying our wonderful friends !
While Chris was away on a business trip , Adrien and I spent the day at the Dallas Arboretum with our good friends Debi, Garrett and baby Gus. The boys got to enjoy the petting zoo.

There were beautiful houses and castles, and it was fun for the boys to discover everything.
There was a free Kindermusic class. Adrien really liked it !
After our picnic we walked by the fountains and the boys had a blast playing in the water.
Adrien had to strip down to his underwear to really enjoy the moment ;)
When we came home he was happy to relax in his new sandbox and Duff missed him so much he wanted to stay close to him :)
Adrien did his first puzzle of one of his favorite thing: a red firetruck - It was fun to do it together :)
The baby birds flew out of the nest and we got to see the mom and dad feeding the babies, they stayed around the patio and pergola for a few days and then flew away. It was so interesting to watch and observe !
Adrien can't wait to swim again, the water is only 72 F ...a little chilly but he still tries.
Adrien enjoyed the LMC Easter playgroup at Debi's house, all the kids were running everywhere to get their eggs.

On the same day, Adrien received a package from Ninne and Titou, a package from Mamie & Papy and one from Lara & Bertrand... He had so much fun opening each one - Thank you all so much ! Merci Beaucoup !!!
We all enjoyed Cold Stone Ice cream .... MMMHH ! While Duff was getting his first hair cut ...
He's so much more comfortable now, but it was a little funny to discover that he has grey hair underneath his black shiny coat so we have a bi color dog now - he's styling with a black head and tail and lighter grey color :)
We invited our friends the Deans' over for Easter since we both have our families away it was nice to enjoy them for the day :)
Jake went straight up to the house to get the eggs ;)
Adrien was running everywhere ...he was so excited ! He had seen that the Easter Bunny had delivered the eggs and waited for his buddy Jake to arrive ... as soon as Jake got there He was ready to go ;)
Adrien is really into boats and he was super happy to get one :)
After our friends left , he asked to go in the water ... I don;t know how he does it but he can swim in really cold water... Christophe and I were just watching him close to the pool.
We always have so much fun at Yummylicious - Adrien loves those chairs !
This morning we had a cold front, Adrien and Christophe made hot chocolate for us ;) MMMH !

We have so much fun with yall! Just read today that Mommy and me Monday will continue at the Arboretum until July 23rd:) Happy Spring!
